Service Provider: These Terms govern the use of travel booking services provided by Dublin Travel Advisors Ltd, registered in Ireland (CRO 674932), with registered address at 12 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, D02 XR63, Ireland. Our travel trade licence is TA 0879 issued by the Commission for Aviation Regulation.

2. Booking & Payment: All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms. A non-refundable deposit of 30% may be required for certain packages. Full payment is due 21 days before travel unless otherwise stated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. Prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellation & Amendments: You may cancel or amend a booking up to 14 days before departure without penalty. Within 14 days, cancellation fees may apply as per supplier policies — we will disclose these at the time of booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

4. Limitation of Liability: Dublin Travel Advisors Ltd acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for acts or omissions of these suppliers, including delays, cancellations, or changes to services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including itineraries, text, and images, is the property of Dublin Travel Advisors Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably.

Weather & Natural Events: Ireland's weather is unpredictable. Storms, flooding, or other natural events may cause delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes. We are not responsible for weather-related disruptions, but we will assist in rebooking where possible. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover such events.

Supplier Reliability: We work with trusted third-party suppliers, but we do not control their operations. Airlines may change schedules, hotels may overbook, and tour operators may cancel trips. While we vet all partners, we cannot guarantee their performance. Our liability is limited as outlined in our Terms of Service.

Health & Safety: Travellers should be aware of health risks including COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. We recommend checking government travel advisories and obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical evacuation and trip cancellation. Some activities (e.g., hiking, water sports) carry inherent physical risks.

Financial Risk: While all payments are held in a client trust account and bookings are ATOL-protected, no financial protection is absolute. Currency fluctuations may affect package prices quoted in foreign currencies. We recommend paying by credit card for additional protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
